Careers at Stratavence

Stratavence is a strategic advisory and institutional intelligence firm. The firm helps governments, regulated enterprises, and the partners who serve them move from uncertainty to governed execution — in environments where Inspectors General arrive, where boards inquire, where regulators ask hard questions, and where leadership turns over. The firm operates at the intersection of strategy, governance, and AI-enabled operations. Its work is built on a proprietary doctrine of Control Architectures that define the discipline of authority, decision-making, and evidence inside institutions whose decisions carry consequence. Its platforms — PIP, PACE, and CIP — apply that doctrine to specific domains where institutional exposure is continuous and posture matters.Stratavence is pre-revenue by design. The firm has been built to a deliberate state of readiness — doctrine, platforms, operating model, and contract vehicles in place — ahead of its first engagements. What follows is the work of bringing institutional capability to market.

What Stratavence Hires For
The firm hires professionals who have operated inside or alongside institutions where outcomes are examined. The work calls for executive presence under scrutiny, fluency in the language of governance, and the judgment to navigate environments where the stakes of being wrong are institutional rather than incremental.

Stratavence does not hire to fill seats. It hires individuals whose presence raises the firm’s standard.
